Business Development Associate Job Description
We're looking for a Business Development Associate to join our team and help us grow our FMCG business. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and marketing and will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with clients to achieve sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and identify potential clients in the FMCG industry
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and grow the customer base
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales contracts to pitch to prospective clients
- Attend industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to promote the company and its products
- Monitor industry trends and competitors' strategies to stay ahead in the market
- Provide reliable feedback on market conditions, customer preferences, and sales opportunities to internal teams for strategy formulation
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and develop new business opportunities
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Associate or in a similar role
- 12th required
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
