Job Title: Customer Care Executive
Job Description:
We are looking for ambitious and adaptable customer service executives to join our BPO team. Our ideal candidate is motivated, confident, and capable of dealing with various customer situations with empathy and efficiency 
1+ year International BPO Voice Process experience preferred
As a customer care executive, you'll be the first point of contact for customers' queries, handling inbound  calls and providing accurate information and viable solutions to customer issues. 
Responsibilities:
Greet customers professionally and provide appropriate assistance
Listen to customer concerns and respond effectively with a positive attitude
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Some experience working in a customer service role
Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor
Experience in the International BPO/Call Center industry is a plus
Industry Certification in Customer Service (CCS/CRC) is a plus
