Job Description

We are looking for an HR Recruiter to join our team and work closely with our Talent Acquisition team in hiring candidates for our clients across IT-Service industry verticals.
As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various job roles.
You will also be required to continuously optimize hiring processes and attract the best talent. Ultimately, you will play an essential role in ensuring our company attracts, hires, and retains talented employees who align with our values.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing, identifying, and attracting potential candidates mainly from the IT-Services industry
- Screening candidates using various methods (e.g., resume screenings, interviews, and tests)
- Shortlisting candidates for further evaluation and interview rounds
- Providing a positive candidate experience during the hiring process
- Administering selection tests and coordinating interviews with the hiring team
- Managing the recruitment database and updating candidate records
- Writing and publishing job descriptions and posting them on relevant platforms
- Attending career fairs and industry events when needed
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter or similar role
- Experience working in an HR function in the IT-Services industry is a plus, but not required
- Recruiting certifications (PHR/SPHR, CPHR, CARW, or equivalent) are a plus
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting strategies and techniques
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks within a deadline
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to develop trusted relationships
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and HR databases
- Experience with social media recruiting on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
