🔹 Assist in recruitment, onboarding & exit formalities
🔹 Handle IT hiring for Web Development, Web Designing, Graphic Designing & BDE profiles
🔹 Maintain employee records & manage attendance tracking
🔹 Address employee queries & grievances professionally
🔹 Ensure compliance with company policies & procedures
🔹 Coordinate employee engagement activities
🔹 Support payroll & HR administrative tasks
