We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team and work with our talent acquisition team to hire qualified candidates for our open positions. As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and providing a full recruitment cycle for our company.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract talent
- Promote career opportunities and company presence on various media platforms, such as social media, job boards, and professional networks
- Screen potential candidates through different methods such as resume screening, phone interviews, and pre-hire assessments
- Evaluate candidates' hard and soft skills through resume reviewing, interviewing, and analyzing results of skill tests
- Maintain strict compliance with employment laws and keep abreast of it applicable to the recruitment process
- Collaborate with the hiring team to understand vacancies, job requirements, and the ideal candidate profile
- Attend career fairs, networking events, and conferences to promote our company and identify potential candidates
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter or similar role
- Demonstrated experience utilizing a variety of recruiting methods (e.g., social media, employee referrals, recruiting events, college recruiting)
- Strong ability to prioritize duties and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, assertive and persuasive with the ability to influence and inspire
- A solutions-oriented approach to problems with the ability to apply original and creative thinking to complex issues
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exhibit ethical behavior in all aspects of the job
