You will be responsible for developing and implementing testing protocols, conducting automated and manual tests, and collaborating with our team of engineers to correct any identified issues. Your critical eye for detail and problem-solving skills will lead to continuous improvement, ensuring our solutions consistently exceed client expectations.
The ideal candidate for this position is passionate about quality and has a strong background in testing and validating various engineering and construction processes and software. We're seeking someone analytical, with exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
• Proven experience as a QA Engineer, Testing Engineer, or similar role
• Experience working in an Agile environment, leveraging tools like Jira and Confluence
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex systems and processes
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks
• Knowledge of software development methodologies and testing strategies
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Relevant engineering or construction industry experience
• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Skills
• Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Jenkins, or Cypress
• Proficiency in coding languages such as Java, Python, or C#
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Git, GitHub, or Azure DevOps
• Experience with SQL and testing relational databases
• Understanding of relevant engineering and construction industry standards
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying risks
