Job Description:
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and focus on customer acquisition and revenue generation through sales activities. You will be responsible for presenting our lineup of Fertilizer and Pesticide products to potential customers, negotiating contracts, and maintaining long-term relationships with clients to grow the company's customer base.
The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in achieving revenue growth and penetrating new markets. You will continuously research and develop new business opportunities and channels, identify and attend relevant industry events, and actively participate in networking to increase brand awareness.
Ultimately, you will work closely with the marketing and technical teams to develop a clear understanding of the products, features, and benefits to be able to provide impeccable product solutions to customers, thereby ensuring their lasting loyalty to our company.
Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals by developing new prospects and maintaining relationships with existing customers.
Proactively identify new sales opportunities and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and social media.
Demonstrate a keen understanding of the fertilizers/pesticides industry and continuously monitor market trends to anticipate and respond to customer needs.
Develop and deliver powerful product presentations and proposals to potential clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our products.
Negotiate and secure contracts with new and existing clients, ensuring they are profitable and beneficial for both parties.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service, including timely responses to inquiries and efficient resolution of customer complaints.
Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to develop and deliver suitable product solutions to customers, considering their specific requirements.
Gather valuable market intelligence by interacting with prospects and clients, and provide feedback to the upper management regarding market trends, customer preferences, and potential shifts in the market.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure their satisfaction and identify any potential concerns or opportunities for expansion.
Updates and maintains client records, including contact information, purchase history, and preferences, in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Qualifications:
Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in the fertilizers/pesticides or a related industry.
A Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or demonstrated equivalent work experience.
A well-developed portfolio of contacts within the fertilizers/pesticides industry and knowledge of
