Job Title: HR Recruiter – IT Specialist

Location: Ludhiana
Job Type: Full-time
Experience: 1–3 Years (IT Recruitment Preferred)


Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated HR Recruiter – IT Specialist who can handle end-to-end IT recruitment, talent sourcing, screening, coordination, onboarding, and HR operational tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and hiring platforms.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end IT recruitment, including sourcing, screening, evaluating, and selecting candidates.

  • Draft and post job descriptions on various job portals and social media platforms.

  • Identify suitable candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing channels.

  • Conduct initial telephonic rounds to evaluate candidate’s technical understanding and suitability.

  • Coordinate interviews with internal teams and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

  • Handle onboarding formalities, documentation, and joining procedures.

  • Maintain strong communication and rapport with hiring managers to understand job requirements.

  • Participate in employer branding, talent pipeline development, and HR operational tasks when needed.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, IT, or related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in IT recruitment (mandatory).

  • Good understanding of IT roles, skills, and technical stacks (e.g., developers, designers, testers, network engineers, etc.).

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency with MS Office, HR tools, and applicant tracking systems.

  • Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
