We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team and work in the Immigration industry to promote and sell our services, oversee the day-to-day performance of the team, and conduct research to identify potential new clients.
Tele callers are in charge of handling inbound and outbound calls to assist clients with inquiries, complaints, and orders. They are responsible for promoting and selling products or services, upselling, cross-selling, and retaining clients, all while maintaining updated knowledge of the company's offerings.
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Telecaller or similar role
- Past experience in the Immigration industry is a huge plus!
- Confident and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills with the ability to speak articulately and persuasively
- Ability to professionally handle phone conversations, including complaints or difficult conversations with ease
- Experience working with databases and CRM software is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple phone lines when needed
- Organized and efficient with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Reliable and committed to consistent performance and attendance
- Bilingual is a plus!
