We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Travel Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist clients in planning, booking, and managing travel itineraries including flights, hotels, holiday packages, and other travel services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.

• Plan, customize, and book domestic and international travel arrangements.

• Provide information on travel destinations, visa processes, and travel insurance.

• Offer cost-effective options while ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Manage reservations, cancellations, and changes promptly.

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

• Meet monthly sales and revenue targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Travel Agent or in a similar role (preferred).

• Strong knowledge of GDS/booking tools (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.) is a plus.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Customer-oriented with problem-solving attitude.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
